Bij het binnenkomen kregen we op een zeer brutale manier de wind van voren: buiten wachten, inchecken is pas vanaf 16 u. Terwijl op de website van ******* 15 u stond aangegeven, precies de tijd dat we er waren. Slechte start. We denken wel dat ze lange werkdagen had. De rest van de tijd was ze wel heel behulpzaam. Kamer was eerder klein maar wel netjes. Zwembad en tuin waren goed onderhouden Eten was heel eenvoudig. Er was geen keuze, enkel 1 soort hoofdgerecht. Aangezien wij wel vis geen vlees eten moesten we voor de t****e avond iets anders bedenken.Wijn was goedkoop. Ontbijt prima, enkel het fruitsap was van een poedertje gemaakt.

We stayed here as a part of a self guided bike tour. The hotel has a great terrace on the second floor where you can enjoy some food and drink. The staff is super helpful and goes above and beyond (e.g. when I asked if it was too late for cheese and meat board at 23:30, I was given a smile and asked where I wanted to eat it; and they did a load of laundry for us at a reasonable fee). The bathroom was a little snug, and there isn’t a ton of places to eat in town, but the hotel coordinated an affordable local cab. I would definitely stay here again!

It's a nice, small hotel, the decoration is modern and the room was very clean. A little bit outside the village, you can look from your window at the center. As we made an 7-days walk along the river Douro, we were very lucky to have a meal in the house. The mother of the owner cooked a delicious tasting meal for us. So that was a really wonderful surprise.

We stayed in the bungalows which were private and had gorgeous wall-ceiling view onto vineyards. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom included lots of closet space and a small fridge. Nice pool, but the weather was a little cool for checking that out. Most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Service in the dining area could have been more friendly and attentive. However, we appreciated full breakfast included and the option for dinner (fixed menu) or tapas in the evening since there are no other options without driving to another town or down to Pinhão.

Superbe, n’hésitez pas à vous y rendre
Excellent séjour, tout d’abord un accueil exceptionnel, le personnel est très gentil et attentionné. Ils ont fait les démarches pour nous afin de fixer quelques activités et réservations de restaurants. Que dire des lieux, vue magnifique, lieu paisible avec vue incroyable sur la vallée. Excellent petit déjeuner et possibilité de manger sur place, à prix raisonnable, tapas et autres mets régionaux. Piscine bien entretenue et site fraîchement rénové. Des vignobles à proximité, que demander de plus. Nous recommandons +++. Nous étions en chambre supérieure, possibilité de maisonnettes, à prioriser si disponible. Merci à toute l’équipe de la Quinta ☺️!
